FEATURES

Horizontal slide of stroke 1500mm consisting dual Im rail with four Im carriage blocks. With coarse move- ment and belt driven fine movement. Fitted with 1540mm Linear Scale of resolution 0.005mm.
Cross slide of 100mm with fine movement. Fitted with 120mm linear scale of resolution 0.005mm.
Camera of sensor size 1/2" to 1/3", 1.3 mp resolution.
Optical zoom lens of 0.7x to 4.5 x giving final digital magnification of 14x to 90x.
Zoom lens can be focused within stroke of 30mm by rack & pinion mechanism.
Pneumatically operated plate mechanism to hold printing film firmly on table. This mechanism will be operated by foot switch.
Dell make pc with 21"monitor with licensed windows 7 os with ups (no ms office included).
Customised software for image with built in digital readout for making x & y zero reset. Incremental & absolute measuring modes.

3 options for line width of crosshair with cross hair colour options and virtual cross hair simulator.
For ease of operation, the pattern generation possible from external switch box, for selection of pattern type & infinite size variation of each sele- cted pattern within its range.
Measured data can be recorded & stored in excel format.
